Exercise - Swim


I really enjoy my leisure swim lately - 15-20 laps. So far I’m doing it 3 times a week. It's not a long and vigorous swim, but I am starting it slow and easy. It's only about 40-50 minutes of my time. Moreover I feel really fresh and recharged after each swim.

I am now trying very hard to swim every morning before I head off to work but nothing has really worked out yet. I hope I will be determined to do it soon (I should not have any excuses esp the pool is situated downstairs of my place).

But my real reason for all the exercise, is because I desperately want to shed off some weight - I've put on a few kgs recently due to mum's delicious home cooked food and the extreme cold weather in Melb. Also I want to keep fit, healthy and stay young. Having a healthy body will certainly help me to stay active and being productive in my work.

So do you exercise regularly as well? :)
